I contacted Mr. Senescu to help me out with filing a restraining order to protect my elderly father, from someone that had moved into his life via an interent chat board. The team did a great job of explaining the process and were very clear on what they needed , and what the next steps were. Jim even drove through a Portland snowstorm to make sure all parties signed the appropriate documentation. The two things that I appreciated most about working with Jim, was 1. He told me up front that this was going to be a difficult time (which it was), and that things will get better as we move through the proceedings (which was also true). I always appreciate knowing what to expect prior to jumping in. 2. I thought Jim did a great job through this case, and was surprised to see how little billable time was on my invoice. For what we needed done, I thought it would be more, but it was fair and reasonable. If you are ever in a situation, where you need to take an action to protect your elderly parent from a predatory person, Jim is 100% your guy.
